Bivrost Cask Aquavit is traditionally distilled based on potatoes, classic herbs and spices and then brought to the correct alcohol volume with melt water from the Lyngenfjord, Norway.
This handcrafted aquavit is a mixture of modern distillation technology and tradition and is stored in carefully selected sherry casks to slowly mature in extensive underground storage vaults.
