The Story of Little Finland
Little Finland was founded in 2017 by Mari Raatikainen. Bringing her roots from the lake regions of Finland to the Harz mountains in Germany, the journey began in the historic town of Quedlinburg. This started the story of our cozy shop in Bockstraße where we offer you Finnish as well as Nordic and selected delicacies and much more.
Our Mission
We provide a carefully selected of products with Finnish and Scandinavian design and motifs. Our range includes items from independent producers as well as established brands. Every product is chosen with a focus on design and style.

Little Finland is a provider of products with Finnish and Scandinavian design and style in Germany and in the EU.
Visit us in person in our cozy shop in the old town of Quedlinburg. We also warmly recommend you to discover our partner shop and café in Hanau.
In our online shop, we offer a versatile selection of delicacies as well as design and gift products which we ship within Germany and throughout the EU.
Nordic and Selected Delicacies - From Salmiak to Game Specialties
In our shop and online shop, you can discover Finnish as well as Nordic and selected sweets. We offer Finnish Fazer milk chocolate and salmiak, Panda choco licorice balls, as well as Halva licorice - und much more.
Our range includes crunchy oven baked chips with rye, wild berry jams, canned reindeer meat and salami with elk meat. From our shelves you find also berry-flavored tea and juice drinks. During Christmas season you can buy Finnish mulled wine (glögi) in bottles and warm glögi in mugs on the three "Advent in Höfen" Christmas market weekends.
Due to international shipping regulations, our online selection focuses on non-alcoholic beverages. Our full assortment is available at our store in Quedlinburg, Germany.
Moomin, Pippi Longstocking and other design brands
We feature design and gift products with Finnish and Scandinavian design and motifs. We offer Moomin ceramic and enamel mugs. On our shelves you can also discover tableware with Pippi Longstocking and Emil of Lönneberga.
Our colorful sock selection includes Moomin socks, Bengt & Lotta socks with merino wool and Woolwear of Scandinavia socks with wool. We offer also seasonally changing selection of kids' clothes with Moomin and Pippi Longstocking.
The Nordic Lifestyle: Sauna and Outdoor
Experience the essence of Finnish and Nordic culture with our range of sauna products. Our sauna fragrances are made with essential oils in Finland. Our sauna textiles are Finnish design and made with linen and cotton.
Our outdoor products include wooden kuksa mugs and other outdoor accessories. In our online shop, we offer also EcoFurn garden chairs and side tables made of solid wood and hemp ropes. The EcoFurn furniture are shipped to you directly by the official EcoFurn dealer within Germany.
