Tuoppi Kotikalja Malt Beverage Extract is a product designed for the home kitchen, making traditional home brewing quick and easy. The dark syrupy extract is made from barley and rye malt. The pack contains 3 × 35 g of extract and 3 × 2 g of dry yeast, plus only water and sugar. According to the instructions, 9 liters (45 glasses) of home-brew are prepared per package. The home brew made from the extract is clear.

Ingredients: Barley malt, rye malt, water, food coloring (E150c), hop extract, preservative (E202), dry yeast, emulsifier (E491). Egg-free, lactose-free, milk-free, vegan.

Preparation:
Traditional home brew is prepared by mixing the extract with warm water (+40 - +42 ° C). Add the sugar and mix well. Sprinkle the dry yeast on the surface of the liquid and lightly cover it. Allow to stand at room temperature for 24 hours. The fermented home brew is bottled and the caps tightly closed. The home brew is kept cool. Fermentation stops below +5 ° C. Prepare to enjoy the next day.
